Character, movement update, particles and postprocessing.


Hello again!

For this DevLog I bring a lot of changes that I could make this morning.

The first is that, for the moment, I have decided to use the same sprite that designed 0x72 along with the tileset that I am using. Is it final? No. Is it possible that he ends up staying? Can be.

So I created the animations and this is the result.



Nice!

But that is not the most important change.
I have decided to change the movement of the character (I hope for good).

I like the current operation, and it also allows me to add difficulty to the game since you are not tied to the movements "top, down, left and right".
That's why I decided to use the mouse.

Ok, let's imagine the map in grid mode.



With the previous system, you could only move to boxes 8, 12, 14 and 18.
You can currently move to any adjacent square.



Which, as I said, allows me to increase the difficulty of the traps since you have more ways to escape.

A particle system has also been added to give some "good looking" effects.

Finally, some visual improvements have been added using the postpro provided by Unity.

This is the result at the moment, but possibly more changes will be made as I learn how it works, since it is the first time I use it.
